RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and preferably in the original packaging. Returns are accepted in cases of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, as well as when the customer exercises the legal right of return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
